 The longest-operating anti-Zionist activist in Iran, Sheikh Mustafa Rahnama has passed away.The veteran pro-Palestinian activist has devoted his life to the anti-Israeli struggle. He passed away on Monday. Rahnama was born in 1925. He published the journal 'life of Muslims' in 1950 and founded an anti-imperialism association a year later called 'free Muslim.' The association was shut down by the then-pro Israeli Pahlavi regime. Rahnama resumed his activities following the victory of the Islamic revolution. He activist had a 60-year record in pro-Palestinian work and had authored numerous books and articles in the field. |
